After going through a personal nightmare I needed to relocate myself and my fur kids from the USA to the Uk. Such an emotional time in my life.
Melissa and her team were amazing,and went above and beyond to make this journey as easy and comfortable as possible, nothing was too much trouble at all, day or night my questions were answered,the process is quite confusing and Melissa walked me through it all with clear instructions, she co-ordinated with my vet and all personal at the airports. My two dogs are English mastiffs so are rather large and they have anxiety. Melissa made sure staff in the USA, Germany and the UK knew all about it and I knew where they were and how they were throughout the long journey. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I can’t thank them enough.
