We could not have made our move to England without Animal Land Pet Movers! We tried getting Lady over on our own at first but it was an unsuccessful attempt. When we reached out to ALPM, Sunni was very helpful in answering all of our questions about how the process works and gave us multiple estimates for the possible scenarios that we might have to do to get our sweet Lady girl across the pond.
Once we decided to move forward with ALPM, Melissa, our Personal Move Counselor, made sure we had everything in order to get Lady through customs, even on short notice and in the midst of COVID complications.
She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and knew all the precise details that the UK required, down to the color of the ink that each piece of paper needed to be signed in (the UK is very picky). Once it was time to leave, Colleen met us at an easy location to pick up Lady and get her all checked in at the airport and ready to go.
Lady made it over safe and sound without a single hiccup and we truly could not have done it without Melissa and Animal Land Pet Movers! Should any one I know be making an international move with their furry family members, I will definitely be recommending they use Animal Land Pet Movers!
