A very very big thank you to Dana & her team in helping us to transport Squirrel from Gainesville, Florida to Kolkata, India!!! She was absolutely amazing & we are so glad that Squirrel has reached Kolkata safe and sound. He is doing very well at the moment. He is trying to adjust to his new home and seems to be very happy and curious :)
To begin with, Squirrel is not just a cat for us, he is like our baby who has been with us for more than 4 years now. My wife, Avani and I were initially worried regarding him, when we considered returning to India from US.
However, soon enough, we came across Dana from Animal Land Pet movers and from the very first moment we spoke to her, we felt we were in good hands. Dana was absolutely wonderful in explaining us the steps and paperwork involved in the whole process!
There were a ton of document work, vet visits, vaccination details involved which is honestly impossible to figure out and do on your own. In short, without Dana's help, the transportation would not have been feasible. The constant updates from her, while Squirrel was traveling was extremely reassuring for cat parents like us. We commend on the professionalism, promptness and always being available for any questions at any time!
As a final note, we really appreciate the goal of Petmovers, to act upon and help reduce the anxiety bridge between the parent and their pets by providing a medium which makes the overall transportation process smoothly doable. Empathy towards animals is such a beautiful thought. Needless to say, we will contact Dana again, if we ever need assistance with pet transport again! Thank you so much once again for your assistance and caring about Squirrel as much as we do :)
