When my son and daughter in law moved to Abu Dhabi they started the process of taking their dog with them. DKC animal relocation in Dubai started the process for them but due to a rabies titer requirement Rooti had to stay with me in the USA for 3 months. DKC kept in touch with us via emails during that time.
They also put us in touch with Natalie Hintenach with Animal Land Pet Movers in the USA. When it came time for Rooti to go Natalie contacted us, made sure we had all the necessary paperwork and arranged all transportation. Rooti was picked up at my door by Colleen, who I knew immediately was going to take excellent care of my grand dog! His final vet visit and paperwork was completed by her and she saw him through customs and assured he was on the plane safe and sound.
She also called several times to keep me informed and reassure me! Meantime Natalie was emailing and tracking every move Rooti was making. Rooti was met and cared for in Amsterdam for an overnight stay and finally was met by a very nice gentleman in Abu Dhabi where he got him through customs, got another vet check and finally delivered him to my son's door. The absolute best experience ever!
I want to give a big shout out and thank you to DKC relocations, Natalie Hintenach, Colleen and all those in between that took excellent care in the transportation of our precious Rooti as he traveled from Charleston, SC to Abu Dhabi!!!!
