Hi Beth,
Everything is great. Remy arrived safe and sound. He is now with his daddy being introduced to some of the other family members around Glasgow before they head back towards the Lake District. I hear he is all tail wagging, smiling (I don't know how they know that) and having a ball.
We can't thank you all enough for the great care taken with our baby. We will never forget and will certainly recommend your company every time. Dr. McDavid has also commented on how very nice it has been working with you.
Seems like you have some very satisfied customers and a willing vet to work with. Please know you hold a special place in my heart and always will. I wish airlines took care of us passengers as well as you do yours. By the way. The lady who picked up Remy at our home (Collen) was lovely.
