My name is Michelle. And I just want to give the most outstanding review for Beth. WOW.
So I had issues with my VISA in America therefore I had to move home to the UK, and it was just issue after issue with vets not knowing what they were doing, paperwork going missing through FedEx and loads of other little things. But Beth made me feel relaxed and helped me understand the process along the way.
She was available at any time during the day, morning or evening and had an answer to every question I had. She also spoke with my parents in England and broke everything down to them so they understood the whole process too.
I sent off paperwork which did not overnight back, and still to this day has not been scanned on the return label. Beth found an alternative which was highly successful and relieved a lot of stress from me and my parents in England. She knew everything from the crate sizes, to the time of my flight, to the agent in England. She was super friendly, communicated everything and honestly made the whole move more pleasurable than it would have been. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her.
We communicate on WhatsApp here and there, and I’m honestly sad not to talk to her everyday like I have been for the last 3 weeks. Beth was honestly great and there is not one thing I can fault her or or say she could have done better.
I hope Beth get recognition for such an outstanding job with me and my 2 dogs :)
