I just wanted to share our experience with Animal Pet Movers for our recent move to Central Portugal from Portland Oregon with Cicero and Trixie.
Most importantly, thank you again for the excellent communication by you and the team with ensuring documents being present and complete and each connection and contact with the dogs were present and accounted for. The updated texts during their travel was greatly appreciated! When we picked them up at the Lisbon cargo hold, there were no issues and we left for our new home in a timely fashion.
Given the fact that this was a very long flight for both people and dogs that required long layovers we don’t see how anything could have been done differently or improved by Animal Pet Movers.
Both dogs were stressed upon arrival (realistically who wouldn’t be) but I ensured they were fine and when they were released from their crates they never looked back.
I highly recommend your services to those requiring relocation of their pets across the pond and know we sincerely thank you for your expertise.
