Sunni sent me a quote with clear details about what is included and even with a planned route. Then Janie reached out to me to go over more in details, answered any questions I had, and followed up at each stage of preparation. I could not thank her enough for her great communication and emotional support, as I was overwhelmed by arranging my own move.
As we got close to the departure date, the hurricane Ida made me so upset and Janie reached out to discuss alternative plans in case of extreme weather. She actually showed up in the rain to pick up my girl. Luckily everything worked as planned.
The agent at the destination was also very nice and sent me pictures to reassure me. At every single step, I felt well informed and supported. With my girl sleeping soundly by my side eventually, I am just so happy that I found Animal Land and have been helped by these amazing people. Thank you again!
