Moving abroad is always stressful, but doing so with 2 dogs during a global pandemic is on an entirely different level.
And yet, thanks to Animal Land Pet Movers, we had the best experience moving our dogs from NYC to Nice, France. We worked with Melissa, who is not only very knowledgeable and experienced, but also very understanding and personable.
From the very first day and until our dogs were safely at their new home, she was on top of everything and provided incredible level of support. We had to make changes to our flight date more than once, and she was incredibly accommodating and made sure we get all the necessary documents and certificates to allow for a smooth process of taking the dogs out of the country.
But most importantly, she was very supportive (even at 3 a.m. when our dogs had a layover in Frankfurt airport) and provided regular updates.
