Alena did an exceptional job for me and my pet cat "13". A challenging move by any measure we relocated from Orange County California to Riga Latvia in the middle of a pandemic!
By my own assessment having my pet travel with me in the plane cabin was impossible due to lengthy routes and multiple airlines necessary during these challenging times in the summer of 2020. Just getting each airline's approval was insurmountable. In this environment Animal Land Pet Movers not only achieved the difficult, Alena thrived.
I was kept in totally clear and crisp communication the entire time. Preparation was thorough and every detail arranged well in advance. At time of movement the entire action was seamless as it was stress free. My pet was picked up, I traveled to Riga and spot on time my pet was delivered to the doorstep of my new home. With 13 purring contentedly on my lap we are both very grateful to Alena for her kindness and thoughtful management of every detail.
