Brilliant! Our experience was smooth sailing from start to finish and Melissa helped us every step of the way. She spelled out everything that was needed not only from us but also from our veterinarian as matters progressed so all of us remained very well informed and ‘on the same page’.
Any queries which were raised were dealt with immediately and she remained calm and professional even on the odd occasions when emotions were running a little high and other folk felt that they knew best. Even when we ran into a situation just before the animals were to be transported owing to our new home not being ready, Melissa reassured us and advised what could be done to alleviate the problem which involved your company dealing directly with our veterinarian and arranging collection and transportation of the animals despite the fact that we had already left and gone on ahead!
The three dogs and two cats all arrived safe and sound into their new home with no holdups as all the paperwork had been correctly completed under Melissa’s guidance and of course we were overjoyed to see them.
