Dana Fanning was fantastic to work with. She was always thorough, kind,
helpful and really made the process as smooth as possible. From our first
phone call, right through to the very end, Dana explained every step in
great detail and the tests and timeframe we were dealing with and she was
always very clear, concise and reassuring with her detailed instructions.
We
had a complex move back due to unfortunate incidents arising along the way
in the form of my wife requiring an emergency surgery and my stepfather
suddenly passing away in a car accident. Dana was supportive, understanding,
compassionate and always available to help manage the change in dates and
tests that were required.
I could not have done the move back to Australia
without her. She is a wonderful person who gave me confidence in knowing
Oscar would be fine throughout the process.
She went above and beyond, and I
would highly recommend working with her.
