Dear Beth,
Thank you for all the arrangements, for reassuring me of his safety, for being on the ball with changes out of your control, making miracles happen with the vet and their lab, for all the regular updates to family while I was flying high up in the air myself, and for the beautiful way the agents treated him. You were wonderful during a very stressful event.
Charlie is so happy, he met his brother and sister cats, he's seen rain, a frog and lots of family who all love him already.
