Once I had all my questions resolved and agreed to go ahead, Melissa was assigned as our personal move counsellor and she was very reassuring and responsive around the clock, proactively working to resolve lots of discrepancies between Orion's paperwork that had occurred from previous moves between countries and explaining in clear detail every step that I needed to complete on my end.
