Everything went smoothly with minimum hassle and I really appreciated your thorough explanation and walking me through of the preparation and shipping process. Your excellent communication, concern for the care of Cielo and sending of constant updates during his transit even though there were delays well into the evening, was also very much appreciated and reduced the stress on my end a considerable amount.
